Invited guests: Robin Sauerwein (ANA office manager), City Councilman Kevin Reich, State Senator Kari Dziedzic, Carrie Day-Aspinwall (Neighborhood Specialist)

Agenda

1. Call to order: Nic Baker called the meeting to order at 7:07 P.M.

   1. Quorum (10 percent of registered members) is met.

1. Review of agenda: No changes or additions.

1. Review and approval of September 10, 2012 community meeting minutes. It was moved and seconded to approve as written. Minutes approved unanimously.

The November 5th ANA community meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, December 3rd, at 7pm.

Board Members Present: Nic Baker, Justin Kwong, Adam Sieve, Sean Koebele, Jeff Smyser, Craig Pederson and Kevin Kelly.

Absent: Melanie Birke and Candace Baker.

This meeting consisted of a community discussion on a potential redevelopment of the Hollywood Theatre.

Four presenters addressed community members: Miles Mercer, City of Minneapolis CPED staff, Minneapolis 1^st Ward Council Member Kevin Reich, Andrew Volna of Noiseland Industries and Apiary, LLC. and Meghan Elliott of PVN.

Absent: Craig Pederson, Melanie Birke and Candace Baker.

The agenda was amended to include a proposed Book Exchange Library on City Land in Audubon.

• Jeff Smyser had one correction of the Meeting Minutes from August 6. The date on the Minutes stated August 8. Sean Kobele moved the approval of the amended Minutes from the August 6 Board Meeting . Jeff Smyser seconded the motion and was approved unanimously.

Nic called the meeting to order at 7:02. 

He distributed an agenda, but noted he would like to adjust some items to allow guests to address the Board.  Nic noted that the minutes from the last Board meeting were not yet finished but would be available next time.
