Borrow up to $25,000 at 0% ($20,000 loan with additional $5,000 for eco-improvements) to buy and/or make improvements for single family homes in the Audubon Park Neighborhood. Up to $2,500 can be used for down payment assistance. This is a matching loan program. Annual income cannot exceed more that 115% of metro median income. Properties in this program are required to have condition deficiencies. CEE
Borrow up to $10,000 at 0% to buy and/or make improvements to an owner-occupied 2-4 unit property in the Audubon Park neighborhood. This program has no income limits, and no monthly payments are required. CEE
Borrow between $2,000 and $15,000 at 4% or 5% depending on your household income. Many improvements are eligible; including interior/exterior improvements and remodeling. Maximum repayment term is 8 years. CEE
Borrow between $2,000 and $35,000 at 5.99%. Household income limit $93,100. Maximum loan term of 20 years. CEE
Borrow up to $10,000 per unit at 6%. For fix-up for rental property units. No income limit. Maximum loan term of 15 years. CEE
Borrow between $1,000 and $10,000 at 6.25% . No income limit. For energy improvements only. Maximum loan term of five years. CEE
Borrow between $2,000 and $35,000 at 6.75%. Repayment terms depend on amount borrowed. Gross household income must be under $93,100. Schedule a home energy audit and make at least one required energy improvement plus almost any other improvements. Funds are available to Audubon residents who need to make emergency repairs to their properties. It offers up to $4,000 for repairs essential to keeping your house habitable (like a broken furnace, or roof damage). The program features no payments, to help those of limited means afford to remain in their homes. CEE
Borrow up to $5,000 at 4%. Must receive a City of Minneapolis Inspections citation to qualify for this program. CEE
