In partnership with Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, ANA is planning a neighborhood farmers' market to be held on Thursdays from 4 to 7pm beginning June 25. It will be held in the Gustavus Adolphus parking lot on the southwest corner of 27th and Johnson.
Homegrown Minneapolis is a City initiative to improve sales, distribution and consumption of fresh, locally grown foods to positively impact the health, food security, economy and environment of our City and the surrounding region. The ANA board has endorsed the City's Homegrown Minneapolis Draft Recommendations. Part of this initiative involves promoting establishment of "mini farmers' markets" throughout the City. These markets are strictly regulated and limited to five local farmers per market.
The Audubon Farmers' Market is scheduled for:
Thursdays starting June 25th
4:00-7:00pm
Gustavus Adolphus parking lot at 27th Av NE & Johnson St
Continuing every Thursday evening through September
