Meet ANA’s New Office Manager

Photo of Luke Stultz with horseWelcome Luke Stultz as the new office manager to the Audubon Neighborhood Association. He comes to the neighborhood armed with both experience and dedication to neighborhood issues.

Luke said his first "real job" was working for Applebees. He trained staff and set up new restaurants all around the Twin Cities and in Kuwait and Sicily.

These detailed organizational skills were put to good use when he developed a love for nonprofit organizations especially in his neighborhood.

Luke currently lives in the Central neighborhood of South Minneapolis where between 2010-14 he served as vice president and secretary to the board. Since 2012 he has worked as staff for the Bancroft neighborhood.

Luke said that local crime in his neighborhood called upon him to "be more involved." He went to a neighborhood ice cream social where he was then nominated and voted in as a board member. "And that was it," he said.

"I like to help real people with real issues," he said of his community work. Luke wants to see what the neighborhood organization can do for its residents.

"My goal in working with ANA is to get more people from the community involved in the decision making process. The decisions made by the board affect the entire neighborhood, so everyone should have a say in what types of programs and projects are put in place," he said.

Luke is making his rounds around the neighborhood to get familiar with what Audubon is all about.

He said, "I found the coffee shop. I like it."

Although his community work takes up a lot of time, Luke also enjoys traveling and gardening.

If you have a concern about the neighborhood, please let Luke know. You can reach him at the office 612-788-8790 or by email at
