On the agenda for our next ANA meeting is an introduction to a potential developer for the Hollywood Theater. Andrew Volna, a native Northeaster, is the head of real estate company Apiary LLC, and music company Noiseland Industries.

Andrew will profile his portfolio of real estate projects, talk about his ideas for reactivating the Hollywood Theater building, and listen to the community’s feedback on this potential development. Joining Andrew in the presentation will be his architectural and engineering advisor, Meghan Elliot of Preservation Design Works. Council Member Kevin Reich and City of Minneapolis staff will also be part of the discussion.
